IQAC Coordinator
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at S.U. College, Hilsa (Nalanda) is dedicated to promoting and sustaining quality in all aspects of academic and administrative activities. The IQAC acts as a guiding body to ensure continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in teaching, learning, research, and institutional governance.
Roles and Responsibilities of the IQAC Coordinator:

Quality Enhancement: Planning and implementing strategies to improve academic standards and administrative efficiency.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Assessing curriculum delivery, teaching methodologies, and student performance.

Faculty Development: Organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs for faculty skill enhancement.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records, preparing reports for accreditation, and compliance with NAAC/NBA guidelines.

Feedback & Improvement: Collecting feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement.
